To bring convenience and the best experience to customers, Re.socks has appropriate policies when customers need to return or exchange products. We always want our customers the best products and services.

The return and exchange of products come with some specific conditions, please refer to the details below:

Conditions to apply:

– Return within 30 days of purchase.

– Item is still new, with tags intact.

– Goods damaged by shipping or by the manufacturer.

– In case of exchange, the customer will bear the shipping cost, and Re.socks will return the item free of charge to the customer.

– In case of return, Re.socks will refund the goods (excluding the shipping fee if any) to the customer within 2-4 days through the customer’s bank account (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) since Re.socks received the goods.


– This policy does not apply to orders from e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki)

– Re.socks has the right to stop supporting the return of money to customers if we discover that customers use the policy for profit.

Acceptable cases:

– The goods are not the right size as you ordered.

– Goods are not as described (difference in color, material, seam error).

– Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.

In case the policy is not eligible:

– More than 07 days since you receive the goods.

– The product has no original stamps or labels. User damage (tearing, perforation, color smearing during washing, etc.).

– Resend the wrong model, not the product of Re.socks.

– Ordered the wrong product (design, type, size, etc.)

– Personal reasons: Used but don’t like it, don’t fit, etc.
